From Cortez:

Travel East on Hwy 160 for about 10 miles.  Just before the red “Historic Mancos Welcome” sign on the left side of the highway turn left.  This is County Rd. 39.  Continue on County Rd. 39, following our blue Flagstone signs until you see the sign for the Road K-4–turn left onto K-4.  Road K-4 ends at Flagstone Meadows in about 1 mile.

From Durango:

Travel West on Hwy 160 for about 27 miles to Mancos.  As you approach Mancos, on your right you will see a red “Historic Mancos Welcome” sign.  Continue through Mancos.  As you leave Mancos you’ll see a sign on your right that reads ” Mesa Verde National Park (6 miles) and Cortez (16 miles)”.  Continue west and watch on your right for our Blue Flagstone Meadows Ranch Bed and Breakfast sign.  Slow down as you approach the back of the second red “Historic Mancos Welcome” sign.  Immediately turn right as you pass the red sign–this is County Road 39.  Continue on County Road 39 following our blue signs until you see the sign for the Road K-4.  Turn left.  Road K-4 ends at Flagstone Meadows which is about 1 mile from the K-4 turnoff.
